Bumble Bee Maids Service Agreement
By booking a service with Bumble Bee Maids, you agree to the following:
✔ Access & Safety
- Water and electricity must be on during the cleaning. No power = no sparkle!
- No other service providers (contractors, movers, etc.) should be present during your scheduled clean. Our Buzz Crew needs room to work safely.
- Our team does not climb ladders or step stools due to insurance restrictions. Areas out of reach will be skipped.
✔ Wall & Cabinet Policy
- We do not wipe down walls to prevent damage that may be caused to walls from cleaning products
- Cabinet interiors must be emptied in advance if you’ve booked that add-on.
✔ Fridge Cleaning (If Included)
- Our team will empty, wipe down, and return fridge items if you’ve booked this add-on.
✔ Payment & Authorization
- A temporary payment hold will be placed on your card the night before your cleaning to verify available funds.
- We accept credit and debit cards only. No cash, checks, or third-party payments.
- Full payment is processed after the service is completed.
✔ Booking Policy
- Appointments must be made through our booking system.
- If a client cancel after 5:00pm the day before their cleaning a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. If they need to reschedule a $25 reschedule fee will be applied.
- Clients may not hire or solicit Bumble Bee Maids staff for side jobs. Violations will result in a $350 finder’s fee.
✔ Confirmation
- Appointments must be confirmed with payment info and access instructions by 8:00 PM the night before your clean. Unconfirmed slots may be released.
